Overview
Organisations, both globally and within the African Continent, have a heightened awareness about environmental, social governance, risk and compliance (ESG-RC) issues as investors, regulators, and the community at large are demanding greater transparency and board accountability. Organizations that prioritize ESG can drive value and mitigate risks to operations and the bottom line over time. ESG’s relevance for businesses and investors is well understood. However, governments in Africa haven’t caught up.
This highly interactive workshop will unpack an overview of an ESG framework and how it supports an organisation’s overall performance and risk management. It will examine each component in detail and provide insight into how they converge to impact an organisation and its stakeholders. It will also discuss how to look at corporate pressures and stakeholder expectations and their impact on risk identification and business success.

While both In-House and Online training can present with cost-effectiveness and time-efficacy, there are some very specific differences between in-house courses and those based online.
The demand for additional courses by individuals or groups of people is increasing. Still, it depends entirely on the preferences of a person what type of training he or she wants to receive. Online courses and in-house training carry some similarities but they are considered to exhibit some very pivotal differences too. Despite that, both types of learning can be really beneficial for attendees.
