In today’s rapidly changing business environment, organisations are under increasing pressure to make faster, smarter, and more accountable decisions about their most critical asset—their people. Boards are no longer focused only on financial performance and regulatory compliance; they are now expected to actively oversee human capital strategy, leadership capability, organisational culture, and workforce risk.
Despite this shift, many organisations still struggle to position Human Resources as a true strategic partner at board level.
