Course overview:
The banking industry is undergoing one of the most significant transformations in its history. Rapid advances in artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital banking are changing how banks operate, manage risk, serve customers, and make decisions. Traditional banking models are evolving as institutions face growing pressure to improve efficiency, strengthen governance, meet regulatory requirements, and remain competitive in an increasingly digital environment.
Artificial intelligence is already reshaping many areas of banking, including fraud detection, anti-money laundering monitoring, credit scoring, customer service, risk management, workforce planning, and regulatory reporting. While these technologies create significant opportunities for improved productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency, they also introduce new risks related to bias, cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory compliance, reputational damage, and workforce disruption.
Boards are now required to provide stronger oversight of AI investments, digital transformation initiatives, cybersecurity threats, data governance, and workforce readiness. At the same time, HR leaders must help organisations prepare employees for new ways of working, future skills requirements, and the growing need for reskilling and upskilling

IN HOUSE AND ONLINE TRAINING
While both In-House and Online training can present with cost-effectiveness and time-efficacy, there are some very specific differences between in-house courses and those based online.
The demand for additional courses by individuals or groups of people is increasing. Still, it depends entirely on the preferences of a person what type of training he or she wants to receive. Online courses and in-house training carry some similarities but they are considered to exhibit some very pivotal differences too. Despite that, both types of learning can be really beneficial for attendees.
