Course overview:

In today’s rapidly changing business environment, organisations are under increasing pressure to make faster, smarter, and more accountable decisions about their most critical asset—their people. Boards are no longer focused only on financial performance and regulatory compliance; they are now expected to actively oversee human capital strategy, leadership capability, organisational culture, and workforce risk.

Despite this shift, many organisations still struggle to position Human Resources as a true strategic partner at board level. HR is often invited to report on operational metrics, rather than to influence enterprise direction, risk appetite, succession planning, or long-term sustainability. The HR Leadership for Board Influence Programme has been designed to close this gap.

This programme is an advanced executive development experience aimed at transforming senior HR professionals into credible board-level advisors and strategic influencers. It equips participants with the mindset, language, analytical capability, and executive presence required to confidently engage with boards and executive committees.

IN HOUSE AND ONLINE TRAINING

While both In-House and Online training can present with cost-effectiveness and time-efficacy, there are some very specific differences between in-house courses and those based online.
The demand for additional courses by individuals or groups of people is increasing. Still, it depends entirely on the preferences of a person what type of training he or she wants to receive. Online courses and in-house training carry some similarities but they are considered to exhibit some very pivotal differences too. Despite that, both types of learning can be really beneficial for attendees.
